Can I upgrade Vodafone iPhone 4 16gb to a 32gb?

Hi guys can anyone help, If i have an iPhone 4 16gb on Vodafone network, can I upgrade it to a 32gb???

It all depends I guess, if you can give me some more information. Are you on a monthly payment plan or contract with them?

If you are locking into an existing contract, there is the possibility of upgrading and paying additional handset costs.  Or if you are looking at the end of a contract, most phone carriers are willing up start a new contract around the 3-4 month mark.
